The Mendocino County Savings Bank has announced the reopening of the Hopland Banking Center, 13411 S. Highway 101. The new hours of operation are 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Everyone is invited to stop by the week of January 10 to celebrate the reopening, check out the newly renovated lobby, and enjoy light refreshments.
“We are proud of the transformation that the Hopland Banking Center has undergone,” said Denise Roumbanis, Director of Operations at the Caisse d’Epargne. “It’s a comfortable and more efficient environment for customers and employees. The remodeling allows us to deliver a new brand of personalized service. By removing physical barriers, we can spend more time focusing exclusively on the needs of our customers.
The new lobby is a more open and comfortable space for doing business. Additionally, routine business processes have been moved to the back office to support an improved customer service experience.
“The Mendocino County Savings Bank is the only local chartered bank and is a strong independent financial institution that offers Mendocino and Lake counties the reliability of a local community bank,” said a press release announcing the reopening of the Hopland Banking Center.
