These strategic investments in staff will help continue the tradition of providing exceptional customer service to Simpleview customers.
Patrick Eichen joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Eichen is an industry veteran and accomplished software executive with a proven track record in scaling operations at high-growth technology companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer Experience Officer at Splunk, a data and security leader, where he led strategic initiatives focused on improving customer sentiment and accelerating customer payback period. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business from Arizona State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Scott Wood, who co-founded the company and previously served as chief operating officer, becomes president of Eventsforce, Simpleview’s event management platform. Over the past few years, the meetings industry and its supporting technology have changed dramatically. Due to these ever-changing needs, Wood will focus on executing the portfolio roadmap and building support teams for service planners, sites and destination organizations around the world.
Simpleview has made incremental investments in customer-focused talent, recently adding 23 new staff members, including Steven Lopez as Vice President of Professional Development. Lopez brings over 10 years of experience in SaaS technology. Throughout her career, Lopez’s performance-driven expertise has led to accelerated growth among marketing technology vendors, including companies offering CMS, CRM and digital marketing solutions.
Additionally, Scott Stanislav has been promoted from his role as Director of Customer Experience to Vice President of Customer Experience. Stanislav, who has been with Simpleview for over 12 years, will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the customer experience team and processes, enabling them to remain the leader in delivering world-class customer service.
